Shipping: We ship daily primarily by United Parcel Service (UPS) and the postal service, whichever offers the best price for the best service to your destination. All orders are shipped on a first placed, first onto the dock and out the door basis.

International Orders: Shipping charge includes only transit costs. Amounts paid to us do not include consignee charges. Consignee charges vary country-by-country, and we do not have the information readily available to know what these are in all cases. Consignee charges include taxes, duties, brokerage fees and the like. The tariff code for our products is 4017.00.0000. You can check with the carrier as to what these charges may be. Most individual boxed shipments are sent by USPS, UPS, or Federal Express. We do declare the full amount paid.

30-day no questions asked guarantee: We do guarantee your satisfaction with the quality of products purchased through AquaHance.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us for a return authorization [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of product to you, along with your contact information and number of the order/invoice for the product you received from us. We will exchange or refund, at your discretion. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Partial refund is in some occassions granted at our discretion.

Refunds: Once return is received, and your refund is approved, it will be processed to the credit card or original method of payment with which it was purchased. Allow up to two weeks for the refund, or partial refund to be processed and clear through to your financial institution.
